How do I arrange an activity?
Send us your preferred activity, date and number of guests on WhatsApp. For kite lessons, include your experience level. We’ll help check availability, the price, departure details and what is included before you book.
Are transfers included in every activity?
The Delta boat trip includes a transfer out and a transfer back. For the city and market visit, we arrange the transfer and agree the return time. For the other outings, ask us to confirm the transport arrangements and costs.
How long will I spend on the Delta boat?
The Delta outing takes about a day and involves a long time in the boat. The night wildlife option can mean an extended outing, so ask us for the expected departure, boat time and return time before deciding.
Will I definitely see snakes, birds or caimans?
No. The night trip is an opportunity to look for wildlife in and around the river. These are wild animals, and sightings depend on the conditions and the animals themselves.
Is the whole quad outing spent riding?
No. The outing lasts approximately three to four hours in total, with about one and a half hours on the quad. Ask us about the route and arrangements for your date.
Can we choose our own return time from Parnaíba or Yah Acqua Park?
The visit length is flexible. Agree your return transport in advance; a water park visit also needs to fit its current opening hours.
What should I bring?
For outdoor trips, bring drinking water and sun protection, and ask us about suitable clothing and footwear for your chosen activity. For the night boat trip, confirm what to bring for the evening. We’ll also help you check what the operator provides.
